The store's knowledge of their products and warranties, quickness in which they ordered and provided a replacement part for one of their top end bird feeders at no charge due to the warranty that applied, their honesty and friendliness as well as the products offered by the store.

We are newbies to the whole bird thing and each time we go in to this store our questions are answered, the employees are patient and kind and know their business. We never feel rushed and we never feel like we are dumb for not knowing things. We enjoy coming here!!
