I’ve been going to the WBU store for many years. Their quality of bird food, feeders etc cannot be surpassed! During this visit I brought in my broken feeder, which wasn’t working anymore. I spoke with Scott Gunther, owner of franchise& he personally replaced all of the broken parts. He handed me back my feeder almost like new!! There was no charge, of course, just one of the many reasons to continue using this store. Additionally, I learned most of what I know about birds from the store. In the past I attended the educational seminars whenever I could! He also has a sweet dog Tessa, who greets the customers when they come in!!

Friendly staff, very clean and well organized store, it is a pleasure to shop there. My only concern is the rising prices, it is getting harder to justify the cost of bird seed.

Your service is always first rate. However, I find your website difficult to navigate. I had hoped to have my order delivered but I didn't find the products I desired listed. I did find them when I visited the store last Friday.

Always greeted with a smile and the staff is very knowledgeable with any questions I've had in the past. They've suggested some other products which I now use regularly.

The staff was extremely helpful, explaining different products and suggesting other options and/or combinations. They walked with me to find an item and remained to answer questions.

Our order was actually delivered by a person from the store by car. He took it to our garage as requested. A special thank you to this gentleman for his helpful attitude.
