A welcoming, knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for an item they do not have, management will assist you in locating that item. Extremely professional and would not consider shopping for outdoor bird supplies anywhere else. In addition they have so many fabulous gift items that are unique and you wouldn't find in other bird supply stores.
