Owners are always friendly and greeted me with a Hi when I entered. They remembered me from previous visits. They answered all my questions accurately and carried merchandise out to my car for me. They gave me suggestions for my bird feeding system without any pressure. They were able to talk about local bird situation - what birds have arrived in the area, etc.

I bought a product that no one would eat! It was exchanged hassle free. It was NUtS…and the squirrels wouldn’t eat it! The staff was as perplexed as I am but took the time to explain that we are in ‘quirky’ times…I agree. It does seem that the birds are requiring more specific things. One thing. I really wish you could find; whole, or even 1/2 sunflower chips. I’m having to toss a LOT of these tiny bits…it seems that the manufacturers are taking us all to the cleaners while they give us what won’t otherwise sell. Honestly? I’d pay the extra $10 to save in the long run!
