The items I needed were in stock. The clerk was friendly and helped carry heavy bags to my car.

I am new to bird feed and Barbara was very helpful and patient in talking to me about options and what I was looking to achieve. I felt silly asking questions but it was clear Barbara didn't think so, or at least didn't let on. Plus, I loved the kitty!

The staff and selection are top notch. The only thing that keeps me getting 100% of my backyard birding supplies here is cost. I've been happy with everything Ive ever gotten here.

As soon as I entered the store, a very helpful woman approached me and asked if I needed help. I did as I was looking for bird seed that would attract goldfinches. She showed me two varieties and explained their differences. I am pleased to report that there are at least two goldfinches that regularly vist the feeder.
