Staff is great. Birds love the products, I love the birds.

The store has a wide selection of merchandise. The employees were warm, welcoming, and happy to help.

An employee greeted me as I was entering in the store, answered my question and then put my purchases behind the counter so I could browse unencumbered. It was the perfect blend of helpful and hands-off.

We have been very happy with the service and products we purchase at Wild Birds Unlimited. When we have questions regarding anything related to our purchase or what to do if we have problems with picking the correct product for what we need, staff is there to help. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pleased with the fact that an item was substituted and a phone call was made to let me know.
