I indicated that I was Satisfied with the Price:Value question, just not Highly Satisfied. The price for my products has more than doubled over the past few years. Like most, I begrudgingly accept inflation, but I am not highly satisfied with it.

I saw food moths and showed the clerk she said was common at this time of year. I told her that in July I bought your feed and in late August, after 3 weeks holidays, our home was completely infested with food moths. the source was the no mess cylinders from your store. The seed was boiling with larvae. We had eggs in every closet in the kitchen; every small hole in the cabinetry for adjusting size of the shelves. They were moths on the ceilings in our 3 story house, glasses case and even flew out of my purse. This is no exaggeration. It took a month of my life to get them under control. The clerk was mildly disinterested . She seemed to think this was par for the course. She told me that the supplier sends infested merchandise that you wipe off with Clorox wipes and sell. I told her they bore holes in plastic and are not deterred by packaging. She shrugged, indicated that they are your only supplier so can’t do anything about it. I have been feeding birds for over 30 years and haven’t encountered this problem before. A good friend of mine recommended you so I have been driving about 35 minutes to you for the last year. Never again

I wished to pay using cash. Was told it wasn’t possible. I find this to be a significant discriminatory policy for those who, for whatever reason, cannot use credit or debit.
