The item I came to purchase was out of stock. I guess it's popular as it isn't the first time. I ended up purchasing a similar but higher priced item.

Everything is good. Prices are a bit high for some things. Also would like to see some cat repellent spray or options. Need to keep cats away from my yard or I won’t be able to keep feeding birds in warmer weather

The staff person overcharged me for a product that I buy each time I am there. I confirmed that a different product code was on the tape than the usual code on all previous purchases.

I am always satisfied with my experiences when attending the store. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I have no negative comments to make!

1 of the delivered items was incorrect; so, I had to drive to the Thornhill store to exchange that item. I had called ahead and the replacement item had been set aside for me. The person I spoke to in the store told me that she had made the original mistake and she apologized. I very much appreciated that she took responsibility. She also gave me a free 5 lb. bag of seed and a $10 future discount coupon to compensate for my inconvenience. I also stocked up on more seed and seed cylinders while at the store; so, it all turned out ok in the end.

The Staff was excellent and very friendly BUT, one the highlights of visiting your store was to see and pet little Raven! He was always a source of joy for me but alas he’s gone . I understand that he was adopted but I’m very disappointed that he is no longer a resident. 🙁🙁🙁

l placed the order by phone as l was told l could do around 4pm so did so on Thursday November 4. l specifically asked when delivery would be and was informed it would be today Tuesday November 9 by Canada Post. l have been home all day waiting for this delivery by Canada Post and it is now 1:40 pm and still no delivery.
