Everything in the store is lovely. But I've been in other nature stores that have way more product. I'm not too unhappy though, as I can always find what I need. And I would mostly only be browsing through all that other 'stuff'.

The on line selection was limited. The at the pick up store it was there. Had to go to two locations to get what i wanted. I live in the Scarborough are. You stores are not close

Instead of having the radio tuned to the news with all of it's sad stories, I would have preferred a more immersive experience - the sound of birds chirping and brooks babbling. You missed an opportunity to showcase some of your recordings.

1. I purchased a hummingbird feeder for $19.99 and an oriole feeder for $18.99 but I was charged $5 more for each of them I usually don’t look at my bill but I happen to glance it over so I phoned the store and I was very happy to be told they will credit my account $10 to apply to my next purchase 2. I bought a jelly oriole feeder based on the info from salesperson that squirrels would not interested in it…. Well they jelly lasted all of 5 minutes… the squirrels love the jelly… so now I am unable to use the oriole feeder Otherwise I always love to come shop at your store and I usually always get great advice!!!
