I was unable to get the bottom off one of my feeders and the staff member fixed it for me. Also they answered all of my questions about the different mixes of feed.

I’ve been going to Wild Birds Unlimited Thornhill for over 15 years and staff are the best with their knowledge of types of food , bird feeders to use , even what type of birds are in our area. Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to make of a great experience. Absolutely the best place to get whatever bird house, bird bath, and bird seed and how to set up your pole.

Knowledgable staff were able to answer my questions and to make suggestions. The items I wanted were available. Staff helped me put my purchases in the car, even though it was a cold day.

I was wanting a smaller bag of white proso millet as I'm on a budget and the sales lady was nice enough to open a larger bag and sell me what I wanted. I also bought a chirping stuffed bird as a fun Christmas gift which was perfect! I'll be sure to come again to your store. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.
