I came in for no mess bird seed, asked about suet and what was a good one to get. The staff person made a recommendation with an explanation which justified me purchasing the product. I asked about suet holders and was told there was a double cake holder on sale. I left with more than I wanted initially but appreciate the customer focus and work to make my visit productive.

I know what I want in the way of birdseed and service is always exceptional. The staff is always friendly and if I have questions , they have the answer! Also, I like to check out other merchandise that I might like to purchase. The store is always clean and tidy and it is easy to locate what I came to pick up. I like to know about anything new that I might also be interested in.... sometimes as a gift for another bird lover! Thanks for your great service. You make my visit worth while!

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me a photo of her feeding station and I was inspired. I left with a smile on my face. Didn’t catch her name but she was a spunky lady with curly reddish hair. I’ll definitely go back to this location
