I was greeted upon entry to the store by the associate. She noticed that I was lost as to what product to purchase even though I had purchased their before. It was explained to me the benefits of the types seeds and I made a decision. After the sale the associate picked up the bags and proceeded to exit the store and place them in my vehicle to which I explained it was okay I’ll do it from here. Extremely helpful.

The staff member was friendly and helpful. The items I wanted were available.

The products we want are always in stock. The gift selection is so nice. When we walk in we are greeted like family and our experience makes us feel like we’re one big happy family. We don’t just chat about birds. We chat about what’s going on in our lives. It’s always a pleasure going to the store.

Very friendly staff. Good quality products. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. The only reason I won’t be back in 60 days is because I buy large quantities. The store moved about 15 year ago, so it’s a bit of a drive to get there.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Purchased a bird feeder that has a guarantee a few years ago. It needed repairs and it was promptly taken care of at the store. Always a pleasure talking to the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable about birds and the products they sell
