Needless to say, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is of the highest standard. There is also a strong sense of community there. A nice sales lady recognized me from my previous visits, and she definitely conveyed a genuine sense of welcoming. Besides, where else in Vancouver can you go for a one-stop shopping for anything involving birds ?
