I would love it if I could shop for gifts and other items that are in-store. I can't often make it up to the store. Also, I renewed my membership but, unlike in-store, I did not receive my typical gift for doing so. I do think the online experience isn't as excellent as in-store.

There were 4 employees in the store and pretty much everyone asked me if I needed help within a 20 ft radius. That's a bit much for me. I get it that they want to help, but I was the only one in the store.

I was not satisfied because I have not yet received my order. I am assuming it will arrive soon and then I will be able to better answer the questions. N.B. All previous orders have been very satisfactory.

Had a $5 coupon that was not applied to my purchase. Attempted to email store and got no response

Upon checkout, a woman instructed the youth gentleman to take out someone else's 6 bag order.He did and we were temporarily left alone waiting for the woman to then cash us out. I did not appreciate being second fiddle just because someone else made a larger purchase. Although I understand why she did it.

the only thing is the prices are a little high but the store us great the staff is great, and the experience is great

I was highly satisfied with everything WBU does - and people on the phone. I have noone to tell how satisfied we are so I didn't put highly likely to tell someone.
