I was very satisfied but I have 2 toddles and doing things with them is very challenging. Would love a subscription so that the food I purchased would come right to me every month

The cashier was very friendly. She wanted to help me as soon as I walked into the store. She was knowledgeable about her store product. she gave me time to look ,but was willing to help who ever needed help.

I bought an expensive squirrel cage and it’s missing the nut. The nut secures the birdfeeder. I have not gone to the store yet to mention it. I would like to either return the item or just be reimbursed with the nut That is missing. I like the item very much but it’s not functional without the number to secure the birdfeeder into the cage

I just found it confusing / a bit misleading, to have the sale price *including* the 20% discount on bulk mealworms posted on the tag on the wall. The mailer/flyer made me believe I would receive 20% off the price on the wall; so, it really should not be called a coupon, or, the actual price before the discount should be what is posted on the wall. Other than that, I was highly satisfied. I love the quality of your products, and the friendly, very helpful nature of your staff.
