Staff was very friendly and helpful and walked me through step by step what I was looking for (new feeders and seed). I’ve never had so many birds in my yard before :)

I was greeted in a welcoming way when I walked into the store. The owner personally took time to help me. She did not rush our conversation even though there were several other customers.

We always enjoy our trips to the store! This lady time we had a delightful chat with the gentleman at the register about squirrels ... We're happy we can but reputable products for the wildlife in our yard, and glad we have a shop we enjoy visiting. Keep up the great work!

Quick turn around on the order. Packed well and shipped quickly. Sometimes I call on the phone to order and everyone is always so professional and friendly. Good incentive rewards as well this time.

I am only a month into my first birdfeeder. I went in with a squirrels vs budget issue. Tim was a delight to work with, offering a few options and price points. I never felt pressured or upselled, just reassured with all my questions. Even the membership made sense given what I buying and will plan to buy even if just seed throughout the year. It's so great when the passion, enthusiasm and care for birds come through in your employees! Knowledge about products and pros/cons was on point, too. Such a great visit!
