I only came into to store to purchase bird seed. The clerk was very knowledgeable of the different types and also brought me over to a selection (a winter blend) that was 50% off.

The quality of the product is excellent. The service is very good. The price is rather high, but for certain things it’s worth it. The only reason we won’t be returning to the store, is because I’m housebound And always shop online. But we’re stocked up on food and have plenty of feeders, so it’ll be a number of months before I shop online.

Tim was very helpful and through his deep knowledge we learned some very helpful things about our feeders and bird food. All the staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful, but not in a pushy or assertive way - to make a sale. Very pleasurable experience!
