Jerry was such a big help. Our feeder had been damaged by something bigger than a bird. We were trying to see if we could get a part or if we had to replace it. He said to bring it in and the staff would help. My husband brought it in the next day and the staff fixed it with no charge. We love the selection of of food and will keep com8ngback.

I wasn’t sure what kind of bird feeder I wanted. The gentleman showed me several and explained how they worked. The woman was also helpful in telling me about the different kinds of bird food. I will be visiting the store again.

I love the socks they sell. But I was thrilled to have "no mess" seed brought to my attention. I love that it doesn't make as much as a mess and the birds are flocking to the feeder, even a couple new ones.

I always have a wonderful experience at wild birds Unlimited in Sudbury. The staff has great knowledge of the products in the store and are very friendly from the moment you walk in until they carry your things out to the car after. I’ve never had a bad experience.
