I don't understand. The store is really nice and just because I did not give everything 5 stars doesn't mean that it wasn't good. Now I wish I had marked things lower.

It is expensive with delivery fees on top of the bird seed.

Only problem was that the feeders we needed were out of stock (Audubon 6 perch) and we had to buy the super expensive feeders. We also had brought in one of our tray feeders with a lifetime guarantee (it had a crack) and found you no longer carry these.

The staggering increase in the price paid. Receive Direct Mail solicitations that are from non-local print sources.

I made a special trip to the store due to having received a misleading email from Wild Birds Unlimited that offered a $5 rebate on a purchase in honor of my birthday. To my surprise, at checkout I learned that the $5 was not available to me. The fine print on the misleading email indicated that it was not available in connection with another "discount." Apparently participating in a members' club THAT I PAY AN ANNUAL FEE FOR counts as a "discount." The $5 is not really that important to me. But feeling misled was quite a downer. I now have a lower opinion of Wild Birds Unlimited, and much less enthusiasm for the chain. You have not technically done anything illegal. You merely fooled a customer. True, you got me into the store on one occasion due to sending that email. But you have lost the goodwill of a regular customer.

membership renewal should not be taxed. This is essentially a piece of paper. Each bag of food/physical item purchased will be taxed as well.

Prices are too high. What I wanted to buy was for display only. 🙄

I am satisfied. The only thing I checked was the price which is very high mostly due to circumstances they can't control.
