Product had a flaw that needed to be addressed. Defective piece was replaced...no problem. It was just the hassle of driving back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and I do like the membership plan as I done come in on a monthly bases to purchase supplies.

The cost of birdsead

I know the store is undergoing change, I hope someone is in line to come in and run the store as it has been in the past. The shelves seemed a bit less full than normal. As I move further into retirement I have greater concern over pricing.

No special reason. Maybe because management is not interested in my suggestions or comments about some of the products.

Disappointed that I could not purchase more than 1 bag of no mess blend

I don't believe in giving "highly satisfied" for everything. I guess I am a hard grader.

What’s your definition of “highly”?

I wish you could carry more no-mess. It can be very inconvenient when you run low or are out early in the week.
