Ordered and delivered within a reasonable time.

The only surprise was that despite having shopped at the Pleasant Hill store several times, they had no record of my e-mail.

Price for the bird seed was a little higher then at my usual bird feed store.

I was disappointed that an item I needed was out of stock

Store was receiving a shipment which distracted the employees from the sales counter. Also several small children were "helping" with the shipment which also distracted the store employees.

Just a tad disappointed how I was received by staff. Maybe because it was near closing. Not as pleasant as in past visits.

Staff was over and above kind and helpful. Received a hand written note with a receipt I forgot and coupons the next week. Pretty awesome.

They did not have the 20 pound bag of safflower seed in stock. I purchased a smaller bag than I would have liked.

I enjoy buying small unusual gifts for friends..... The store is one of my favorite places to check out. Would appreciate your stocking more such items. examples of what I buy (about 10 of) The jam spoon, extendable backs scratchers, small purses and blue bird of happiness. Also, would like such items appropriate for men.

At check out in the pass I’ve found the staff very outgoing. At this last visit not so much. I usually purchase the NoMess seed and have found a nice balance of milett, sunflower seed and peanut. This last purchase there was an usual amount of peanuts. I’m sure it’s all fine for the birds, but what am I paying for.
