I was getting two boxes of the large seed cylinders. I was definitely not specific enough, but I did ask for no No Mess cylinders. I ended up with two. Plus 3 that were far more expensive than I wished to spend. I wish the selection made had been shared with me.

This questionnaire has the option of order by phone and pickup at store. When I ordered by phone to the Walnut Creek Ca store last week last week, I was told that spore pick up was not available. So my only opting wsas dedlivery - with and $8 charge to be delivered "within 3 days". When the store was in Pleasant Hill CA, I always got excellent service. I like the seeds I buy and have a standing order.

I wasted a lot of time trying to use the website. My order included an item that should have been canceled that I will have to return. (We exchanged one item for a different size once we found it was available. I was never able to complete my order on line even with the help of a customer service rep and had to order over the phone.

I placed an online order for delivery. The next day I checked the website for my store & saw the new address & store hours. I have never received a notification that the new location was open. I would much rather shop in person.
