I’ve been shopping in this store for years. Every time I have had a question about food or even what type of bird is in my yard I have received a very thorough answer. I travel 25 miles to shop at WB because I do not trust seed anywhere else. Also, as far as feeders and accessories no other store has the selection.

On my first experience 2 months ago all of my information was taken and the best seed for the type of birds that visit my feeder was recommended. They had my order tagged and ready for me on this visit.

I really appreciate the staff knowledge of local wild birds and their behaviors. I usually talk to Julie who seems to be extremely knowledgeable about wild birds. This time I asked about two specific birds and why we weren't seeing them on our balcony feeders and Julie shared foods those birds eat.
