The friendliness of the staff, as well as the availability of the items I wanted, the efficiency of the staff responding to curbside pickup are all plusses in my book! I've always received great service from the WBU staff at the Pleasant Hill store---that's why I've been shopping there for over 20 years!

I was picking up my free birthday no mess food. The birds in my yard like it better than anything. I just love your store and the people; friendly and knowledgeable. I have missed coming in during the pandemic.

I always enjoy my visits to Wild Birds. The staff is great, the store exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere and the merchandise is both attractive and high quality. I moved to Pittsburg, so the store is further away, but I will still travel to Concord for Wild Birds!
