Knowledge staff

Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was looking for birdseed that would deter squirrels and discovered that I could mix in chili with regular birdseed. Staff directed me to product options that worked for me. I also felt that staff really cared about the well being of our birds while helping me become better informed.

I've always shopped here and at East Bay Nature in WC and have never been disappoined.

They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I like going there. I miss the indoor bird cage with all the birds, though.

Store provides what I am looking for and always has a nice variety of boutique items

This was the first time in the store and the staff is what sold me. They were so pleasant and knowledgeable that they got us excited for the birds. My husband was even excited, and that’s not easy to do.

WBU is one of my favorite stores to browse around. Great selection of merchandise and greeting cards. The staff is always polite, friendly, efficient and helpful.
