I've been shopping & also worked at WBU several years ago, and loved both experiences, and will continue to shop there. The people are great, friendly, and very knowledgeable of their products, and also go over and beyond to help with any problems you have.

I have always liked this store and the products. The No Mess DP Blend birdseed is the best quality compared to other places I have bought a similar type seed. The staff is very exceptional and knowledgeable about the seeds and other products. In my last visit to the store, the network was down so they could only take cash purchases. They had come up with a work around this problem so that I and other customers in the store were able to make purchases. Good work, since I didn't have enough cash with me.

Staff always well educated and professional. And they seem to really enjoy their job. And the willingness to even help carry out the purchased products.

It was easy to navigate the website; the information is clear. Store pick-up allowed me the opportunity to see many of the products in person. Staff was SO HELPFUL in explaining the various products (esp. the different feeders, etc.) and it was easy to find/park/etc. Many thanks!
