I love shopping at this store. It's the most relaxing thing I do. I love looking at all the different products you have for sale.

Wild Birds offers a good selection of quality food and treats for my feathered friends and squirrels... The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had only good experiences in the Pleasant Hill store - going into the store is a joy! Earning "bird bucks" is an added bonus...

I go both to the Novato store and the Pleasant Hill Store (I live in Concord my mother in Novato). I find the staff at the Novato store are much friendlier (both are friendly) and actually have a conversation with me. The Novato store also carries the suet pepper balls that my birds love, the Pleasant Hill store does not.

I have always been very happy with WB staff and service. A very pleasant place to shop.

Everyone is very kind, they walk my bird food bags out to the car, and when I have specific questions, they are answered.
