Julie & Ethel other staff have provided exceptional expertise & service. This has been of utmost importance as I run a school wildlife habitat. The exceptional, knowledgeable, “customer centered”employees combined the high quality of the products is over the top in servicing the community. I’d love to help expand your market as there are friends & teachers who would love to be regular customers in Livermore & Pleasanton. Some have gone online to WB, but I’d like to help get you business, and I’d be happy to deliver in that area since I commute there daily. I wish the new owners well and would love to meet them and learn more about their vision. It was really nice when dad semiannual plant sales happened where there would be native plants offered for sale as in previous years, Teaming perhaps with Kathy Kramer’s native tours in sales. Everyone there has been personable, professional, and knowledgeable! Everyone loves the food. The birds, the squirrels, even the dog!!! I don't let him eat it, but he lives it! I purchase the no mess. Also, thank you so much for the birthday gift of 15 lbs of no mess!
