The store is always clean and light and well decorated. It's fun to look at all the charming items. I buy birdseed for my feeders, so I know what I need and the check out is fast. The staff always offers to carry the heavy items to my car. Overall, a lovely neighborhood shopping experience.

For all the reasons listed in the questionnaire: ease of placing order over the phone and picking up my birdseed order at the side door. It was quick, efficient, and very easy Also, whether when I'm on the phone with a staff person or in the store, the staff always takes time to ask if I have any questions or if I need assistance.
