I always enjoy shopping at WBU! The associates are always attentive, helpful, and beyond friendly. I wish that the cost of seed hadn't gone up so much in the last year, but I know it is unavoidable. I enjoy getting Bird Buck credits, of course, and I love browsing in the store.

Good selection, friendly knowledgeable staff

The friendliness of the people who work at Wild Birds is fantastic! You rarely get these types of people in other store in today's world. The products throughout the Pandemic, so far, have all been ready, they load my car, hand me my receipt and I'm off. I think your business would be tripled if you had easier access to the store. Sadly, it is hard to find the first time, but once you find it, you always come back. I've mentioned this to many people and even though they no longer have dogs, the love feeding the birds and just visiting the store. Rah! Rah! for your Bird Bucks and your member benefits. Rep very quickly found what I needed and made sure I got proper discount.

I went ito look at monoculars. After viewing the optic items displayed I went to the counter just as a clerk behind the counter approached me, (Wow, good timing--no wait on a Saturday afternoon), The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative. She knew the right questions to ask me to help me, such as what I intended uses were. ( I needed to be able to see my bird bath from 10 ft away and she pointed out the items that would work well). She also pointed out that binoculars would be a better choice, especially since my hands shake and it's easier to hold them steady. She let me try both monoculars and binoculars and I chose a pair of binoculars that can focus on birds only 6 ft away. I've never been very good at using binoculars (or microscopes) and she recommended I practice. (She also advised on care and cleaning). Her name was either Rosa or Rosita, and she was wonderful. I can't recommend her enough. Thanks.

Staff were friendly (so rare in other places) and knowledgeable; they gave me unsolicited advice and made me feel good about humanity in general.

The store is organized & clean and a nice selection of merchandise.
