Under the previous leadership I hated coming to the store. I found them to be super unfriendly- rude at times. I had even started shopping at a local feed store for SunChips. Now I love coming to the store and moved all my purchases here because I feel valued and appreciated

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Even if they don't have something in stock, they are able to tell me when it will be in stock, and they call me when it comes in to let me know. It is just always a nice place to walk into.

It was so very convenient to have the seed shipped... I love shopping in person but I have had some problems driving and this means my birds will be well fed even when I can't get there.
