I was greeted right away inside the store. The staff is very knowledgeable, but no one is pushy. I never felt pressured Very inviting environment! I always feel better by the time I am exiting this building :-)

I shopped for a birthday gift for a friend. The associate that helped me packaged everything up carefully and prepped it for shipping. I was amazed that she volunteered to do that. I had to ship it that same day to my friend and that was a huge help. My friend likes hummingbirds and watching birds and just sent me a picture today with the first visitor.

Rosita is an absolute gem. I hope you let her know how much of a wonderful job she is doing. She has gone above and beyond not only for me, but being so kind to both of my daughters. My oldest daughter is so happy for the goldfinch pin she got to select from Rosita, as well as a small poster to take home. She still talks about the stickers and loves her pin. It is rare to find a business, let alone the staff, that is child-friendly. I feel that this store is helping to usher in new bird lovers, so many thanks for all the kindness.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. There are often new products for the animals and gifts for people. I just like going to the store. I like that the staff care about the animals and try to educate the public about the importance of habitat and the birds and animals and that we need to do more and do better to protect them.

I have visited no other bird specific store (so no comparisons can be made), the ordering process was quick and easy - so everything was good.

Each time I go to the store to select bird seed and food pillars, I learn something new from the staff which I greatly appreciate. I'm also able to share my experience(s) with what's currently happening with our local wild birds to see if I need to amend any of the feeding methods we use. So far so good! Thank you.

I am a "frequent flyer" at the Wild Birds Unlimited store. It is an enjoyable store to browse in, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet me upon my entering the store and always ask if I need help finding something. The selection of cards is great, too.
