I LOVE this store. It's my favorite store. It is so relaxing shopping here. The most relaxing thing in my life is shopping here. There's lots to look at and the employees are so friendly. They are like my friends.

Staff is always friendly and the store has what I need. The overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

The staff were very knowledgeable and proactively helpful. I asked if the tray feeder I was considering buying had a mesh that was fine enough that millet seed wouldn’t go through and the staff person took out one of the sample bags of seed and removed several millet seeds to test if they would go through or not. It was great! (And it didn’t, so I bought the feeder.) They also sensed my husband and I were relatively new to bird feeding, so they gave us lots of informative brochures. They clearly love birds and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others. I’m so glad that WBU has reopened a store in Pleasant Hill!

The convenience of getting my order delivered was a huge timesaver for me. I usually go to the store but had run out of seed and did not have time to make a trip to the store. I received my order quickly and having it delivered by the staff at my store makes me happy. They are friendly and helpful and I appreciate the service.
