Because I was very low on bird seed and I feed a lot of birds. And I told the lady that and I could hardly believe it in just a few hrs a very nice young lady delivered my bird seed

The representative assisting me was so kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable of the products, courteous, and quick with answers. My product was delivered much faster than expected too. This will be my go to store from now on!

It’s great to have access to high quality food. We now have so many new birds in our yard and no waste from the other food we used to buy.

The store is currently closed due to relocation. During this process, they have gone out of their way to remain accessible. When I placed an order by phone, it was delivered to my home within hours. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I look forward to seeing the new store.

I have shopped at this store for many years (at least a couple of decades) and through two ownerships. Customer service is number one. With the Pleasant Hill store transitioning from one location to another, I was surprised and very pleased to have my order delivered the same day I placed it.

The whole experience was positive, excellent communication with staff, delivery was as scheduled, and products are great.
