I’ve been very happy with WBU service for decades! I have 4 WBU feeders. Despite the fact that the new Pleasant Hill, CA store isn’t open to the public, my recent phone order arrived in 3 days! WBU bird feeders (mine have the green metal ports) are high quality and truly easy to clean thoroughly. Over the years I’ve tried two other brands claiming “easy to clean.” But unless I can thoroughly and easily clean every part, I’m not comfortable attracting birds to the feeder.

staff members are happy to assist you in a genuine happy way. I was trying to do my order thru the on line app but it wouldn't give me the member price so I called Angela try to fix it...she took my order thru the phone. It was delivered that afternoon. That is a GREAT Customer service !
