I've been a customer for many years and appreciate the helpful staff and delivery service while the store is being built.

Staff knowledge is excellent, as well as universally cheerful and polite.

Clerk was knowledgeable, friendly , and arranged for someday delivery.

Great product (No Mess) / Friendly/Knowledgeable staff. However, the question that asks if I would recommend the store to someone in the next 60 days makes no sense.  Who would I recommend it to?  Someone I meet on a hiking trail?  My next door neighbor who does not have a bird feeder?And if I've already recommended the store to someone, why would I do it again?  So I answered 'not at all likely'.... but that is not a reflection of my opinion of the store, it's my answer to the actual question. Unfortunately, that reply might lower your score.The people who wrote the survey need to revise this question. The following question asks if I will return in the next 60 days... no, because I buy enough seed to last 3 months.

I always find the service at WBU very satisfactory. The people delivering the birdseed are friendly, place the bags where I request, offer additional help if needed and thank me for my business. I look forward to visiting your new store.
