The staff was friendly and I was sble yo get the items I needed. I enjoy going to the store and browsing to see all the new and interesting things as well as buying the things I came for.

This was my first time in the new location. Pleasantly surprised. The first clerk I met was Ava ( I believe that was her name). Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Over heard her with other shoppers and she again was very pleasant. I didn’t get the name of the young lady that checked me out but she too was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I live a distance from the PH store I try to make the trip because I love the in store shopping experience. There are times when I just can’t make the trip, the convenience of ordering online helps me to continue to feed my wild feathered friends.

It is a store with beautiful merchandise and friendly staff! Also conveniently located near my banking and grocery shopping.

Service is 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 fast! If I need to talk to a representative, they are always very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

This was the first time I was in your store. It may be compact, but there was so much to see. I told my hubby (the bird feeder) he needed to come with me next time. We are using up the final bit of our no mess and sunflower mixes before using your products. But, I did hang the clear water cup, but have not noticed any birds using it. The finch thistle sock was a gift with membership so that was really cool. I had always wondered about the products. The Lesser Goldfiches have been on it, but they still prefer my hubby's handmade platform feeder (squirrel proof). The only thing I would never purchase again was the almond butter pack. They were horrible. I tossed that $4.99, but at least I know what not to buy. Thanks for all the news I got to share when becoming a member.

You asked, did we make you smile? Your staff always make me smile. They are friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to see familiar faces when I shop in your store. There is always a little chatter about birding events and facts that are shared by the staff.

Every time I go into Wild Birds Unlimited, I am greeted by a pleasant staff person. I purchase large bags of bird seed and the staff person always takes it to my car for me.

Love the store! The people who work there! My birds love the seed and the hummer’s are truly grateful.

I have been to this establishment twice and twice I was thoroughly impressed. My first visit I explained to the two ladies my experience and what I was looking for and they gave me two sample bags and tons of reading. What they didn't know at the time, is that financially I was not doing very well at that time. I was struggling but felt bad for all the bird I had been feeding, and wanted to make sure my feeders were full. This simple act will make me a lifelong customer. The second time I visited, when I was checking out, a handicap (and possibly homeless) member of our community came in. He didn't appear to be a customer, however the employees treated him with utmost respect and even handed him a small bag of snacks. I understand that the homeless population has exploded in California and it's become somewhat of a headache for merchants, but the way the employees treated this man was something I haven't experienced at any establishment. This is what people mean by shopping local supports your community. As an customer and neighbor who shares their community, I am so happy to have found this store!
