Over the phone, the warm, friendly owner explained the difference between the three kinds of NoMess, listened to my complex instructions on exactly where to deliver it, and instead of ordering UPS to deliver my order, the owner herself drove to our home and hand-carried the 5 bags of No Mess, to our back door. She was friendly and engaging, and I so apprciated her going "above and beyond' for us!

The food quality is incomparable with what I can find at our local ace and the general pet stores. Also all of the employees are incredibly kind. I feel like I’m talking to a good friend or family member when I interact with the employees.
