The staff is friendly, they answered all my questions, showed me options and gave me ideas on how it is possible to add more good and fun items into my bird friendly yard.

Julie was fantastic in teaching us about the modular bird station feeder. It’s so great getting to customize the hanging feeding station with so many different feeding options. We had only planned on buying a bag of no mess bird seed and walked out with a bug, nut, and fruit cake, suet (which we had never used them before), and tons of pieces for a new hanging feeding area. We have only had it up for five days and we’ve already gotten new visitors - Pine Siskins, White-breasted Nuthatch, and Black-headed Grosbeak. We can’t thank Julie enough for all her wonderful help and knowledge. We love the Concord store and are so glad they are open again!!

The woman I dealt with, whose name I can't remember, was friendly and extremally knowledgeable on the variety of topics we discussed as I shopped. She had some good suggestions, and was just fun to talk to. I enjoyed the experience very much.

They have lots of bird merchandise and know a lot about birds. The store is clean and well appointed.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Seed is high quality but expensive, as is everything else these days. I drive from Castro Valley because the birds don't eat the cheap seed at hardware or let food store. But they'll eat nearly every piece of yours.
