I have waited so long for the new store to open. During the relocation, merchandise was delivered to my door for free. My birds are so happy!

Store was clean and neat. The young lady who waited on me knew her products. She explained the value of each product I was interested in and made the experience a very pleasant one.

julie was very helpful in getting our online account sync for both my wife and I one of the items ordered was not delivered but julie wrote a nice note and included a second item as a courtesy for the unavailable item
