The staff was awesome as usual. Even though they were sold out of the product I wanted, I was given other suggestions and informed of when the item I wanted should be back in stock.

Quality of merchandise

Bird seed is good quality attracting a variety of local birds. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Store is bright and cheery.

The clerk went out of her way to help me with everything.

I had not visited your new location and although quite different from your previous retail shop, I was surprised you have the merchandise well laid out and easy to evaluate. I was interested in the odor of a sealed moisture stick, and the clerk on duty was quick to jump in with a tester sample from behind the counter. Given that I was not shopping for anything in particular, with help and some extra time to just look/shop I was able to spend $65.00 on some bird feed products and several gift styled items to cobble together some gifts to add to some home baked goods for Mothers Day!

Staff is very personable and knowledgeable and willing to help, down to identifying the photos of birds in our yard so we can feed and care for them properly. Great store, very organized, smaller than original store so supplies are not always available, but if that happens, we order to pick up on another day...no problem! Love the store and the people who run it. We are loyal Wild Birds Unlimited Pleasant Hill, CA customers.
