It was nice to finally go the store to shop in person after many months of being closed

A salesperson gave us a stick from one of her own trees to wire to our suet cage- brilliant! She also helped carry purchases out!

Very nice staff, seed I wanted was in stock. When I inquired about why Cardthartic brand greeting cards are no longer being carried by the store, the clerk explained that there is not enough floor space and let me look through the few they had left behind the counter. Always a pleasure to shop at this store!

First of all, this was my first visit to the Pleasant Hill store. During the transition from the former location, the WBU staff were truly amazing as they delivered orders to our home, often within 24 hours of placing the order. Managing incoming orders while simultaneously managing the transition to a new location is commendable. This visit I asked for guidance on season-appropriate food for the various birds who frequent our feeders. The staff provided excellent guidance and the population at our feeders confirms that. We couldn't be happier.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sometimes that's hard to find!
