I got just the help I needed to find a better solution to a problem I had. The service was personal, informative, efficient and enjoyable!

Great selection. Staff is very knowledgeable and answers any questions we have regarding what bird seed to buy to either lure or deter specific birds to our feeders.

Our sales person helped us collect all of the items we had in mind, looked up our account, and even helped us carry it alll out to the car.

Friendly staff that answered a question and offered a solution.

First visit to the store. Many cool things to look at in addition to the basic items (new tube feeder and bagged seed) that I went in to buy. Staff was cheerful and friendly including the shop dog. :)

We’re just getting started with feeders and feed and had questions about what we were doing and the types of birds in our area. The 2 visits we paid to the store did not disappoint. Questions were answered and we were given great advice. It was a pleasure doing business there. We are definitely heading back soon! I even recommended Wild Birds Unlimited to my bird feeding/watching brother-in-law who lives in Woodstock. He’ll be paying the WBU store by him a visit in the near future.

Wild Birds Unlimited in Palos is my very favorite place the shop. The associates are awesome, knowledgable to my needs, and strong (bringing my purchases to my car for me!) We always talk about local and national birding. Great place to shop and share experiences!
