The staff is always willing to talk birds, which is a pleasure. I like the live bird cams they have on their TV, and I usually see birds on it I don’t get in my yard and get to learn about them. Sade (I think that’s her name), the store dog, is also a pleasure. All in all, I drive about 40 minutes to this WBU store because the experience is more enjoyable than the WBU store that’s actually closer to where I live.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The little store has the merchandise displayed in such an attractive way you can not help but find something to buy along with bird seed.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful when answering questions. Also all are knowledgeable about the birds and their habits.

The gentleman helping me answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Also, they gave me member credit as I had signed up originally at the Lisle store. And I was given a welcome gift! Plan on renewing my membership at your store in April.

Staff feels more like friends then just staff. Always friendly. Always remembers my first name when I enter the store.
