You’re always so friendly, and you remember your customers - even my daughter and husband! I really like that you share what backyard birds you’ve seen recently, and ask me if I’ve had any special sightings too. I know this might be shocking, but not everyone in my family wants to discuss birds with me all the time, and it’s so nice to talk about things with other birders.

I know they will have what I'm looking for. Why go to a big box store when WBU has it. Also ypu get personal attention that big box stores don't give you. Shop local small businesses that give back to our community.

We came in May 1st for an item and it was out of stock. We stopped by yesterday and it was in stock (a crossbar for our bird feeding station). Staff stated they could call us when it came in but we drop by regularly just to see what’s new

Knowledgeable staff, friendly, ask questions, but are not obtrusive. Let you browse and are available if you need them.
