We were greeted immediately and were told if we needed help to let them know. As we shopped we had a pleasant conversation with the staff and another person in the store. There was no pressure to buy. We eventually asked about bird seed. The staff member we talked to was very very knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant visit.

Ondine helped me and made suggestions to enhance my bird experience. She was knowledgeable and suggested products that would help.

Friendliness but missed the dog.

We have purchased tree nuts, seed, suet and yard art for years at Wild Birds. We liked the staff and we are especially fond of Ondine. She is knowledgeable about birds and your products and is an outstanding sales person.
