This is just so much fun to visit. I have been to other Wild Bird stores around here and in other states and this one is the best.

I love to go there. Staff is so knowledge and helpful.

Received good advice from the salesperson. I just love the store because I am a nature person. I also love the dog, Sadie, who makes the shopping experience more enjoyable.

The store is set up nicely with a very pleasant atmosphere. It's always spotless and whoever is working is always nice to talk to, ask questions and are knowledgable if asked a question. Most of the items are pricey but as they say, "you get what you pay for!" High quality merchandise. They never disappoint. And I also like their coupons and birthday perk every year. The bird feeder I just bought with my birthday perk has a LIFETIME warranty. Now that's really admirable.

Ondine is the best! Also we used to live in Oak Lawn and Bill was always welcoming. Also a nice lady who lived in Worth with her Mom. We were frequent fliers! We lived a block away from Wolfe Wildlife Refuge and got all kinds of critters and birds. One year a pheasant was in our yard! Keep up the good work. I’d give anything to be in Palos.

Going to your store is one of the highlights of my week/month! I look forward to every visit as I learn something each time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I consider your store one of my "happy places". :-)

Ondine is the best so we followed her from her previous store. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with birds. We have never met another associate who gives 100% every time. She is familiar with the feeders at our house so she often has recommendations for what to buy.

The variety of bird things was impressive. I also had a lovely chat with the nice cashier. She was very approachable and happy to share her knowledge of birds, you could tell she loves working there. Overall a beautiful bird store with everything you need plus the atmosphere that is appealing to those who are nature lovers.

Always have what I need for my hummingbirds. The only place I go!!
