The sales clerk was waiting on me and then stopped and helped someone else. It would have been okay if she just answered a quick question, but she allowed the customer to keep asking questions instead of saying " I am waiting on this lady right now. I will be with you shortly. I felt that was rude.

Staff was very friendly, chatting with other customers and a line formed while we were waiting for the checkout to complete. It made me a little uncomfortable to be waiting in a line in a small store during covid.

Sadie was not there to greet me on my last visit and Linda never laughs at my jokes. In fact I think she thinks I'm a little weird. Actually I go to the WBU in Palos because the staff is informative and friendly. I don't mind paying a little more for product for that type of service. I mean if I go to Menards for bird seed and I yell out, "Gee, look a dead bird!" the staff looks up into the sky. A highly satisfied rating would entail WBU to lower their prices a tad. And I don't expect a small retail outfit to do that. So you will just have to live with a satisfying experience.

Always friendly and helpful staff working at the store to answer any questions and talk about various birds. Only suggestion I have would be perhaps more sales/discounts thru out the year would bring me in more. :)

I felt the price was a bit high, and the hook to the bird feeder was very scratched up.
