Friendly and engaging staff, great knowledge and sharing how one can target certain birds if your area is conducive to it. I have requested certain items in the past (anything red belly woodpecker =) )and they ordered them for me, really appreciate that!

All of my questions about which products would be preferable to attract the kinds of birds I like were answered and were proven to be correct. I also learned from them where a blue grosbeak family was seen in a forest preserve not very far from our home. We went there the next day and although we did not find those birds we saw many others, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk very much. As always, the friendly people there were very helpful and I was able to get everything I needed.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help you. Their products are top shelf! I love supporting these good people and will continue to do so by buying items for myself and giving them as gifts! I also love their store mascot, Sadie!

Your pricing is too high.

As a long time Lisle resident, my sole reason for patronizing your store was to maintain the excellent service and expertise I have come to expect from Ondine Rinaldi. Since she is no longer in your employ, I have no further reason to travel that far or to recommend your store. Finding a source for the products you sell is easy. Finding competent, experienced and friendly employees is not.

I was looking for safflower cylinders.

prices are a little higher than other places with bird food. Less of a variety of feeders

Not sure employees (other than Mel and Laura ) really know the merchandise. I asked one employee about the various bird seeds, which were best for certain birds. She recommended one… I bought a big bag, had not bought that particular kind before. Not one variety of bird has been to those feeders AT ALL and it’s been like that for the past couple of weeks. In other yrs, when I buy the my usual seed, several variety of birds flock to the feeders all day long. This is not the first time this employee has steered me in the wrong direction. It’s disappointing!!
