Very friendly staff answered phone promptly, pulled up my ID and previous order, and rang it up from that info. They saw me pull up to curb and brought it out. Very efficient!

This place is wonderful! The owners and staff are so knowledgable about everything birds, animals and beauty! They have a live stream of the birds in their backyard while feeding and it is very relaxing. We've also been to a wonderful learning event that they spoke at for the Cook County Forest Preserve at Camp Sagawa which was awesome!

I enjoy coming into your store and looking at all the cool outdoor feeders and food for the birds. I can find quality food and products here. Staff is friendly .
